World of Cigars offers international delivery to selected destinations outside Egypt, subject to product availability, destination-country laws, customs regulations, carrier acceptance, payment confirmation, and age verification requirements.

Customer Responsibility


Before placing an international order, the customer is responsible for confirming that tobacco products may legally be imported, received, possessed, and used in the destination country.

The customer is fully responsible for:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • Excise taxes
  • Clearance fees
  • Required permits
  • Age restrictions
  • Local tobacco regulations
  • Maximum quantity limits
  • Any additional government charges

World of Cigars is not responsible for any delay, refusal, seizure, penalty, tax, fine, or legal issue caused by the destination country’s laws or customs procedures.

Age Verification


International delivery is available only to adults of legal smoking age.

By placing an order, the customer confirms that:

  • They are of legal smoking age in their country of residence.
  • They are of legal smoking age in the destination country.
  • They are legally allowed to purchase and receive tobacco products.
  • They are not purchasing products on behalf of a minor.

World of Cigars may request a valid government-issued ID, passport, or any other proof of age before confirming or shipping an order.

If age verification cannot be completed, the order may be refused or cancelled.

Shipping Fees


Shipping fees are calculated based on:

  • Destination country
  • Package weight
  • Package size
  • Shipping method
  • Carrier charges
  • Insurance options
  • Handling requirements
  • Customs documentation requirements

The final shipping cost will be confirmed before order confirmation.

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable once the order has been processed or shipped, unless the issue was caused by an error from World of Cigars.

Delivery Time


Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, shipping carrier, and customs procedures.

Customs, Duties & Taxes


International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, excise taxes, clearance charges, storage fees, or other government fees in the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

World of Cigars does not control customs decisions, customs fees, or import approval procedures.

If the customer refuses to pay customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees, the shipment may be delayed, returned, seized, or destroyed by customs authorities.

In such cases, World of Cigars cannot guarantee a refund.

Restricted Destinations


World of Cigars may refuse international delivery to any country or region where:

  • Tobacco import is prohibited
  • Online tobacco sales are restricted
  • Shipping carriers do not accept tobacco products
  • Age verification cannot be completed
  • Customs clearance is legally uncertain
  • Local laws restrict cigar or tobacco delivery
  • Sanctions, trade restrictions, or regulatory issues apply

The list of restricted destinations may change at any time without prior notice.

Damaged Shipments


If a shipment arrives damaged, the customer must contact World of Cigars within 24 hours of receiving the order.

The customer must provide:

  • Order number
  • Full name
  • Contact details
  • Clear photos of the outer packaging
  • Clear photos of the damaged product
  • Delivery receipt, if available
  • A clear description of the issue

Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

World of Cigars will review each case individually and may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit if the issue is confirmed to be caused before or during shipping.

Order Confirmation


Submitting an order request does not mean that the order has been accepted.

An international delivery order is only confirmed after:

  • Product availability is confirmed
  • Payment is successfully received
  • Age verification is completed
  • Shipping to the destination country is approved
  • Customer information is verified
  • World of Cigars sends official confirmation

World of Cigars reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order before shipping.
